This is a white fabric paint that I have been using for years as a great white puffy paint on my cards. It is smooth and shiny when it dries, but if you heat it up with your heat gun, it 'puffs' up. This is great for snow, Santa beards, animals, marshmallows, whipped cream, and much much more!
