  1. Make sure your email address is spelled correctly and is the email you used when you signed up. If you updated your email, be sure that it is the one you used for your last login.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON PLACING ORDERS/USING CODES/MISSED CODES:

1. Placing an Order. To place an order with Pink and Main, you can:

  • Choose your payment method: Pink and Main accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
  • Wait for processing and shipping: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days, but Pink and Main aims to ship orders the next day after payment. 
  • Track your order: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

2. Using Codes. To use a code with your Pink and Main order, navigate to the checkout page on the Pink and Main website, locate the "Discount Code" field, enter your code in that box, and click "Apply" to see the discount reflected on your total before finalizing your purchase. 

Key steps:

  • Add items to your cart: Select the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart on the Pink and Main website.
  • Go to checkout: Proceed to the checkout page.
  • Find the code box: Look for a field labeled "Discount Code" or something similar.
  • Enter your code: Type in the exact code you received, ensuring there are no typos.
  • Apply the code: Click "Apply" or a similar button to activate the discount.
  • Review total: Check that the discount is applied correctly to your order total before completing your purchase.
  • Missed Codes: Make sure your code applies to your order before checkout. We do not refund for forgotten or missed codes. Contact us with any issues at info@pinkandmain.com.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Q: To get the card kit of the month, do I have to be a member/subscriber?

A: Yes. The Monthly Subscription Kit (Crafty Courtyard Box), Foil of the Month and Stamp/Die of the Month are billed automatically each month. You also have the flexibility to skip a month or cancel anytime. Please note that products are available for purchase individually on our website if you choose not to continue your subscription.

Q: Are there any perks to being a subscriber?

A: Yes!

  • Subscribers receive a monthly subscription kit that includes products valued at over $75. Kits may include stamps, dies, stencils, card stock, and embellishments.
  • As long as you are a subscriber, you will receive a 10% discount on our products at pinkandmain.com and at our store in Palmetto, Florida.
  • Our 10% subscriber discount is an automatic discount. As long as you are logged into your account, the website recognizes you as a subscriber and gives you the discounted price.
  • Subscriber specials and freebies throughout the year!
  • First access to products before other customers without a subscription.
  • Subscribers have access to the Crafty Courtyard Facebook group where we share projects and inspirations using the box contents.

Q: How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

A: You can skip or cancel your subscription, change your payment information, and manage your subscriptions in your online Account. Simply, login to your account, go to the accounts page and click on “Subscriptions” and a window will appear with your active subscription information. Go to the “Edit” dropdown menu on the right that displays the options to skip recurrence or cancel subscription.

Q: Crafty Courtyard kits go out mid-month, Foil of the Month goes out on the 5th and Stamp/Die of the Month on the 10th. Can I order a kit for that month after these dates?

A: Yes – as long as the kits are not sold out. We encourage you to place your order as early as possible in the month to ensure kit availability.

Q: I’ve ordered my monthly kit late; do I get the whole kit or a partial (half) kit?

A: You get the whole kit – no matter if you ordered late in the month while supplies last.

Q: I’m missing items from my monthly kit, or I never received my kit; what do I do?

A: Please email us at info@pinkandmain.com and be as specific as possible about your issue; we are happy to work with you to resolve the situation.

Q: When do you release new products?

A: We release every month on the 3rd Friday of the month unless a holiday, unexpected event or special occasion results in a delay. One of the best ways to keep up with our new releases and the latest on Pink and Main products, specials and more is to visit our website and subscribe to our newsletter at pinkandmain.com, and follow us on social media.

NOTE: U.S. orders of $75 or more get free shipping; save $7 on international orders with code INTSHIP.

ANNUAL ADVENT CALENDAR

Q: Each year you announce your Advent Calendar and take pre-orders as listed in the email announcement early- to mid-July. How can I get in my pre-order if I missed the announcement and the pre-order deadline?

A: Yes, our annual Advent Calendar is a hot item with our Pink and Main fans. Be sure to look for pre-order information during the early- to mid-July timeframe and order right away as that determines manufacturing quantity. If you miss this pre-order deadline, please wait until the calendar is available for purchase around the end of October/beginning of November timeframe when you can purchase it while supplies last.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Q: I own a store and am interested in carrying Pink and Main products, do you have a wholesale program?

A: Absolutely. You can sign up for our wholesale program and enjoy wholesale pricing, 24/7 online ordering, a low minimum order option and a speedy turnaround. A dedicated contact person will cater to your needs. To inquire, please visit our wholesale webpage.
