Shipping & Returns

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, except for major Holidays (we have been known to ship on Saturdays if we are at work). Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, although we try to ship by the next day after payment is received. At this time all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS.

U.S. orders:

Shipped by weight via USPS or UPS

Spend $75.00 or more and get FREE shipping in the US (not valid for wholesale orders)

Canada

Shipped by weight via USPS or UPS

Spend $75.00 or more and save $7.00 on shipping using the code INTSHIP at checkout. (Code not valid for wholesale orders)

International orders:

Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout by weight of items purchased.

*Please note - International Mail will be noted as commercial merchandise. The value you paid for the items will be marked, and you are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times vary greatly by country.

*Shipping charges are subject to change at any time.

* We currently do not ship retail orders to the UK due to the new Brexit rules. We are working to add this option back in the future.

* If you get a message that we are unable to ship to your location, please contact us for assistance.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. The items must be unopened and unused. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer making the return. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will issue a store credit for the cost of the items. We will not refund shipping fees.

Returns are subject to a 4% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the total returned amount to cover the payment processing fees.

If you are sent something in error we will correct it for you. Please notify us within 14 days of purchase of the error.

We don't anticipate this issue, but if you receive damaged goods, we will replace them. Please notify us of the problem within 14 days of purchase.
